| Larry, the “MAN”,
He’s BAAAACK and everyone, owners, employees and publicans are soooo… happy. Larry was born in New York but raised in San Francisco and he goes back to his roots as a dedicated San Francisco Giants Fan. He spent some of his younger years in England and is familiar with those stouts and ales that our clients from across the pond seem to favor. His family is now in the Tuscon area and he can tell you about all the hot spots down south if you are heading that way. Just like the big corporations we “bridged” his years of service when he returned and he has been working at the pub going on 12 years. The Man has a memory for drinks and faces and he probably remembers you and your drink. In the winter Larry heads for the ski slopes. He is also a very big Dead Head fan with lots of tattoos that celebrate the group. |

| LYNN is a California native, transplanted to Sedona, Arizona. They say that a bartender is like a psychologist, and in her former life Lynn was in the medical field. Lynn is one of many of the Publicans that met her husband at PJ’s Village Pub. Fishing with her husband Gregg is how she spends her spare time. She adores her two cats and loves her two turtles. If you want to buy her a present, it is easy as long as you look for a gift that is cat or turtle related. Most Arizonians are Diamondback fans and she is no exception. When she really wants a vacation from the hectic bar schedule, she heads south of the border to the beach at Rocky Point. She has been serving the Breakfast Club and lunch crew at PJ’s for over ten years. |

| HOLLY is a “cheese head”. You guessed right! Holly hails from Wisconsin. She has a lot of family in Wisconsin that she visits frequently. Actually, the truth is she just can’t stay away from those great Midwestern arts and crafts shows. This is a lady that is a real sports fan. She cheers wildly for the Chicago Cubs, Phoenix Suns, and Arizona Diamondbacks and attends as many local (Phoenix) games as her spare time allows. Holiday decorating is another of her passions. She actually had to add storage at her home for her collection of Anna Lee dolls and other holiday stuff. Holly also has a fun wardrobe and dresses for every sport event and holiday that she works. If you see a woman with three dogs that probably weigh twice as much as she does walking down the street in the Village of Oak Creek, that’s our Holly. At one time she was a court reporter, so she has heard it all. |

| SUILMA,
(her name is pronounced SWILMA), was born south of the Border. She graduated high school from Mingus High School in Cottonwood. Suilma has bartended at PJ’S for almost five years, but you might not recognize her from year to year as she is our fashion statement, keeping us aware and up to date on all the latest fashion trends with her clothes and hairstyles. Weekend daytimes are her favorite shifts. The traveling motorcycle groups and local golfers are some of her favorite fans. Her family is mostly in the Cottonwood area and she spends a lot of her spare time with her brothers. |

| LAURIE Proprietorship is her middle name. She is a star as a server, making sure that “her customers” that’s everyone that comes into PJ’S are happy and satisfied with their food and drinks. Laurie is another transplant from the Midwest, and based on our wonderful weather doesn’t plan on ever returning to the cold, cold days of winter. She has lots of family in the Phoenix area; parents, children and grandchildren. Visiting is OK, but “Phoenix is just too Hot”. |

| JOY is our youngest team member. She is fast becoming a great bartender. All that youth and energy is an asset to everyone that works with her. You might also recognize her from the pages of Sedona Monthly where she has modeled for the magazine. Surprisingly for her age she also has an extensive knowledge of local wines that she acquired while working at a local wine store. Her parents are local business owners and great friends. |

| KELLY has been a great addition to our wait staff. She has never done this type of work before but everybody gives her an A+ for effort and personality. Kelly is not very familiar with the bar lingo, or Mexican food but she is learning, I overheard someone ask for a Tecate Light and she went to the bartender and ordered a Tecate White. She has two beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband who is a local animal doctor. Working is fun for her and helps support her new truck and frequent visits to her daughter that lives back east. |

| The COOKS, aka COSENAROS: |
|
| |
|
| RAPHAEL was raised in a restaurant family and is a third generation cosenaro (cook). His prime time is Saturday nights when he is responsible for that Prime Rib cooked to perfection, and Sundays when he creates the “SPECIAL” of the day. When chili’s are in season, his rellenos are the best in the west. Thursday is our Chicken Enchilada prepared by Raefal. When he is not working he spends most of his time with his family, including a new granddaughter. He also is one of PJ’S expert dart players. When he is not working or with his family he is at the dartboard. |

| VALENTIN Married last year and started his family becoming the proud father of a beautiful baby girl. The hardest worker of the group. Valentin has an endless supply of energy and is multitalented, helping with maintenance at PJ’S when needed in addition to his responsibilities of prepping and cooking in the kitchen. |
